Mothers Day

Last night I was laying in bed filled with emotion thinking about A and B's birthmom. As I was laying there I felt God giving me words. So I got a pen and started writing and this is what he gave me.


A Moment
Only for a moment you saw those sweet little eyes
Only for a moment then you had to say goodbye

Only for a moment the tears were shed I pray
Only for a moment is what I truly pray

Only for a moment but this we truly see
was Gods perfect plan for you and for me

For in that moment a true sacrifice was given
just like the one from our father in heaven

For it was him who made this plan so perfectly
A plan for those 4 little eyes you see .

Our Hispanic friends came over to make Mark a birthday dinner (taquitos) ... so sweet !!

Yesterday was Marks b-day so I got a picture of him with his kiddos. Life has been crazy lately with 2 preteens and 2 toddlers !! Some days I feel so inexperienced !! But I will continue to pray to God for wisdom and cross my fingers that they all turn out okay !

I love how 2 yr olds have fun no matter what they do. Even though it gets frustrating when they are having fun smearing my mascara all over everything or filling my whole tub with toilet paper then running the water ( time to call the plumber) . But still its the joy in there eyes that is priceless.
