Which Way ??

Ever feel like your being pulled in many different directions at the same time !!??? I think that pretty much defines motherhood. Right now is the one the most challenging times of motherhood for me. I have 4 voices hollering MOM MOM at the same time. I think once the twins are out of this "two" stage it will be easier. But for now ....... any advice ?? Of course it is totally worth it :)

The twins want to get ready for school with the older kids every morning (yes they are up that early) . Brayden even brings me the hair gel and says he wants "prettys" !! Then they grab any bag they can find, swing it over there shoulder and go wait out on the front porch for there ride. But like I said before , we will talk about it after the church nursery situation has improved :) !!

Our cat had kittens again. Arianna is thrilled this time. I am teaching the twins Spanish one word at a time :)In this video we are learning that Gentle is Suave(sp?) in Spanish . All I say the whole day is "Gentle to the kitties" -- they seem to forget real quick.

Last night we had to go to the ER with Angelika. She developed SUDDEN neck soreness and stiffness. She could not touch her chin to her chest so we thought possible menigitis. So off to the ER we went. Sitting in the ER all these thoughts come in your head and you realize that everyday with your children is a gift from God. Luckily she was diagnosed with Sinusitis , Bronchitis , and Wry Neck and not MENIGITIS . Wry Neck comes from injury or it can just come randomly . It is when the neck muscles spasm and tighten.....it is very painful. She is now on Antibiotics and Lortab for the pain. Poor Girl -- she was so brave and did so well. We are just thanking God that it was not Menigitis.

This is one of the twins favorite songs ... I will try to get pictures of Brayden "signing" it too. On to other news .... I took the twins off the bottle cold turkey last Friday and so far they are doing great . They don't ask for it but I notice they have a harder time with naps. I said I was going to leave them on it for a long time because its easier but I was worried about there teeth. Brayden actually had a brown spot on his front tooth so I took him to the dentist with me but he said its just discolororation that will go away. Probably from no prenatal care. I am always amazed at how healthy all these babies are with no prenatal care -- does anyone else ever think of that !!? Its truly is a miracle and shows that God watches over them and protects them for us even before we know about them. Amazing !!!

Loving Fall and Our Accidental Garden !!

Don't you just LOVE fall ?? I think missing it last year by being in Guatemala has made me go extra crazy this year. My house is decked out and I love it !!!

Well Folks ..... this is as good as you will get with a Garden from us .:) Taylor had planted some pumpkin and goard seeds a few years back but our landscapers thought they were weeds so they threw them in the woods and TADA our garden came !!!!

We have goards and more goards growing amongst the weeds and poision ivy.

Now Lay Me Down To Sleep .....

Is there anything more PRECIOUS than a praying child !!??? Arianna loves to say nightime prayers . She says "more, more" at least 10 times so we keep doing it. After a while you see her little brown eyes peeking open !! One of our biggest prayers is for there birthmother. We pray that she knows in her heart that her babies are safe.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL -- FINALLY :)

The older kids are so excited to finally start school. Public school started over 2 weeks ago so they have been BORED. Taylor said to me this morning that is has been a long summer !! They are in 6th and 3rd grade.

Mr. Bray had to be in the picture. He walked around all morning saying "cool' "cool" aka school. I told him once we master the church nursery we will talk. The babies scream in the church nursery - sometimes I wonder why I even go to church !! :)

But I swear I will blink and the twins will be in school !! ::(

Look at MAMACITA !!! She does not lack in confidence !!! :) We laugh at her because she acts EXACTLY like the mamas in Guatemala. She is VERY motherly and loves to clean !! Everytime my nephew Noah comes over she grabs a wet wipe and washes his face !! :)

Brayden doesn't even need a baby in his stroller --- he thinks of it as a Brrmmm Brrmmmmmm Truck !!!

Heading over to visit cousin Noah who lives next door.

So glad I have these munchkins home to keep me busy while the older kiddos are in school !!
