Which Way ??

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Ever feel like your being pulled in many different directions at the same time !!??? I think that pretty much defines motherhood. Right now is the one the most challenging times of motherhood for me. I have 4 voices hollering MOM MOM at the same time. I think once the twins are out of this "two" stage it will be easier. But for now ....... any advice ?? Of course it is totally worth it :)

I don't really have any advice, I only have 3 and sometimes I tell them I am changing my name from Mom to something else. Kidding of course. Isn't it funny how we wait so long to hear them say Mom and now when they do it can drive us crazy at times. My only advice would be to tell the big kids they have to try to understand that the babies don't really know when to stop and if they are patient, then you will not forget any of their wants or needs!

I know the feeling!! I always say good thing I don't like to drink!

Try deep breaths--lots of them really fast, and you will pass out and not hear the voices anymore:>) Other than that just go to bed knowing that the next day everyone is one day older--that is how I cope!

I too feel the challenges right now. But, you are right, it is so worth it--most of the time:>))

Ahh a topic very dear to my heart!

As a mom of 7 one of my favorite phrases-"You are going to have to wait and my heart is not going to break if you cry" LOL
My MIL once gave me this advice(she at one time had 5 under 5)-always make time for yourself in the day even if it means somebody is crying, because if you are not refreshed you are not good for anybody.
Most of all Pray and laugh a lot and know it is just a season.

Just put your hands over your ears and start singing "LALALALALALA" as loud as you can:)

I know the feeling..Madisyn is in a terrible stage where she crys when I walk INTO a room. I think she is really getting tired of seeing the same face, But it is frustrating to me for her to do this when I'm there to make her happy! I'm sorry that is another post.
But I feel your frustrations.
