Anyone else feel SAD ?? I really do feel SAD that babies are not coming home anymore. It really feels strange and empty not to go to blogs where people are on visit trips or picking up etc. Well I know there are some left but you know what I mean ... a majority of the people are done and now its just done ... OVER . We just have to pray pray pray that it opens up soon . And do whatever we can in the mean time to help the kids that are still over there ..JPG)
WHAT ..... You mean some of my amigos might not ever have a family ??????

Yes, it makes me very sad. Abby gets excited everytime she sees a plane. She wants to hop on it and go to Guatemala and adopt another sister. I would love to adopt another baby, too.
Oh I'm so with you!! I'm having a really hard time preparing myself to go back to Guatemala this Dec! I just know it will be so hard to see all the kiddos left behind and know it might be a long time if they ever get a family!! I lift all these sweet kids in my prayers each night! God knows I want a son and I'm praying he'll lead us back to Guatemala one day!
I pray that they open back up very soon...But my gut feeling thinks it will be awhile...poor babies!!!
Some days i think Yes i want another and some days..NOPE! I think God has other plans for me..Maybe to just spread the Good word of Adoption!!!!!

Yes, I feel the same way! Also, when we talk about adopting again (b/c husband and I both feel we're NOT finished), I just get sad because my heart is totally in Guatemala!!! We just started sponsoring a child from GUA through Compassion...makes me feel like I can do a LITTLE. Anyway...yes, it makes me sad too!
On a separate note, love the pics. We're taking Kenna to her first professional ballet on Saturday...anxious to see if she'll sit through it. Hope all is well!
It's heartbreaking! Everyone I know that has been to Guatemala recently say there are so many more chilren on the streets now and there will be more. I don't know what our Governments are thinking but they should be thinking about the children.
I used to LOVE to follow blogs and get to read the welcome home posts.
To see the babies coming home was awesome.
My heart breaks too. And the things that break our heart break God's heart too.
I will just keep praying.
