OH my goodness. What a day . I spent 5 hours in the ER today because Taylor had another concussion . But we are sooooo thankful he is okay. What happened is he was going down a waterslide at a lake and he was getting out of the water but fell back in and just as he fell back in he landed in the path of the next person sliding down and there knee hit his head. It knocked him out cold so we had to call 911. It was so scary . They sent him home with the diagnosis "mild head injury (again !!) and told us just to watch him for 24 hours. Thank you Lord that he is okay ... but boy I am exhausted !!!
PS Brayden did awesome potty training today. He was home with the nanny during all of this so she kept bringing him to the bathroom and NO ACCIDENTS !! He doesn't tell us when he has to go but we just bring him about every 30 minutes. I thought this would spark Ariannas interest but NO .... she just tells him good job , slaps him hi-5 and continues on loving her diapers :) She could care less !!

And way to go Brayden on the potty! Austin tells us when he has to go and goes. Logan may or may not go and so far we're only peeing on the potty...nothing else. Keep up the good work!

I am NOT looking forward to concussions and those sort of things but I guess they are inevitable. Sheeesh, I'm so glad he is OK.
Yeah, Gia is definitely going to be wearing diapers at Gfest. I had her sitting on the potty for 20 minutes tonight while she sat there she was singing and she made silly faces at herself in the mirror and was unrolling the toilet paper and so on. I told her she would get stickers if she went on the potty and she even asked if she could have a popsicle, too. I thought I was getting somewhere but she kept looking between her legs and saying "no pee pee". As soon as I put a diaper on her she peed in it.
Tomorrow is another day:)

It is so scary when your kids get hurt! My gosh, especially when they are knocked unconscious I am sure!!!! So glad he is ok. The joys of boys, right?

I totally understand the frustration wtih potty training! Our girls just aren't ready and it's driving me crazy. Our oldest potty trained the weekend she turned 2 and she did it in ONE day!! Kamryn & Kloey are now 2 and a half and just have no real interest. They like to "copy" Kenna and "pretend" to go potty...but, that's all.."PRETEND"!!! Ugh...we're going to try again in a couple of weeks. Hope Brayden does good today too!!!
