As for the stuck whale...
I took a wire hanger, straightened it out a little, left a loop on the end so it would have more strength. Then we put in as many balls as we could behind the whale and started pushing with the hanger. Once we got him up pretty far, my daughter was able to stick her hand in and grab him...phew...poor little guy ;)
Love the little bums! You're a nicer mom than me. I don't let the girls touch any of the "techie" stuff.... lol....
