MY BIG KIDS ..............

ARE LEAVING TODAY

FOR THREE WEEKS
TO THE RANCH
WITH MY PARENTS
AND I AM SOOOO SAD
BUT THEY ARE EXCITED !! CAN YOU TELL !!!???
This makes me reflect on how much the adoption has changed us -
by stretching us to have more faith. It all started by having the babies in Guatemala under someone elses care -- that made "trusting" God come in a whole new way. I had to just lay it down and trust that he would take care of HIS children no matter where they were in and under what circimstances . So then when the time came to send my kids to the United States for the last month I felt peaceful cause God has shown me time and time again that I am not in control -- HE is .. Praise him for that !! :) So now I have let go again .........

. One year ago today we moved to Guatemala to foster the twins. They were just over 5 months when we got there and they were 13 months when we came home. Wow -- incredible -- words cannot describe the last year and the pure joy the babies have brought us. Thank you Lord !!! :)
